U12 Boys Development Team - Fall

Program Details

The U12 Development Team is made up of 2009-2010 birthyear players with 2+ years of lacrosse experience looking to improve their skills and play local competitive lacrosse. The development teams serve as the second stage of the TOP Lacrosse progression path, providing players an opportunity to play local competitive lacrosse during a 2-month season. 


Practices
The U12 development team will practice twice per week from early September - early November:

  • Sundays 10:00am-11:00am @ De La Salle
  • Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm @ Bishop Strachan School


Schedule

First practice - Thursday September 10th @ 6:30pm

Last practice - Sunday November 1st @ 10:00am

U12 Boys Development Team - Spring

Program Overview

**PLEASE NOTE THIS TEAM IS NOW FULL FOR SPRING 2020**


The U12 Development Team is made up of players 11 and under with a few years of lacrosse experience looking to improve their skills and compete in the Uptown Lacrosse League. The Spring development teams serve as the second stage of the TOP Lacrosse progression path, providing players an opportunity to play local competitive lacrosse during a 3 month season. 


Practices

The U12 development team will practice twice per week, including the Uptown Lacrosse League on Sunday evenings. 

  • Sundays 4:00pm-5:30pm @ De La Salle (Uptown League)
  • Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm @ UCC/BSS


Games

This team runs from early April through the end of June. All games will come from the play in the Uptown Lacrosse League, which runs every Sunday evening at De La Salle field in May and June.


Uptown Lacrosse League

The ULL is Midtown Toronto's premier field lacrosse development league, featuring 8 weeks of skills practices and competitive games at De La Salle College School. ULL sessions are designed to provide 45 minutes of quality skill development and then 30 minutes of competitive lacrosse games against local teams.


Coaches

The TOP Lacrosse program is overseen by Mark Pryor, current assistant coach of the UCC Varsity team, former NCAA D-1 player, and experienced youth lacrosse coach. Mark will be assisted by TOP Sports' staff coaches as well as numerous former NCAA and Jr.A players.
