TOP Sports is proud to offer the only true competitive multi-sport model for youth in Ontario. The model, which combines competitive hockey, soccer, and lacrosse, serves as the ultimate well-rounded sports experience for youth, prioritizing skill development, local facilities, and quality coaching across all sports while ensuring there are no schedule conflicts between the three sports.
Early specialization is forcing young athletes to proverbially put “all their eggs in one basket”, and we believe this is a disservice to our children. Science shows us that multi-sport participation is better for kids' overall development than early sport specialization, so why is it so difficult for kids to play more than one or two sports competitively during the year without any schedule overlap? Early specialization, among other things, robs kids of the joys of experimenting and learning new sports. It also hinders longer-term development by increasing the pressure and prospects of burnout at an early age. Instead of being places to grow, thrive and have fun, youth sports have essentially become "professionalized" where winning and rank among peers is prioritized.
With our Multi-sport model, we solve this problem by giving kids the opportunity to play three competitive sports in one calendar year, with no schedule overlap, less travel time, and seasonal schedules. That means a more well-rounded sports experience, more time back into families' lives, and fewer headaches to allow your child to play more than one sport.
Our belief is that by exposing kids to as many sports as possible at young ages we can create better individual sport athletes in later years, and our team is committed to providing the best youth sports experience possible, prioritizing development and enjoyment over winning at all costs.

Core Values
Multi-Sport & Sport-Specific Camps
Ages 4-12
TOP Sports Camps were founded with the belief that sports camps should be an interactive experience where kids can have fun, discover passion for sport, and build essential character skills. Underscoring that belief was the idea that kids should be exposed to as many sports as possible during their youth, building athletic literacy, preventing early specialization, and developing multi-sport athletes. Our coaches strive to achieve our mantra of "sweaty heads & smiles" at the end of each day; providing a fun and safe experience for all campers.
We believe in taking a long-term approach to the development of youth athletes. We believe that multi-sport play, over time, is essential to the creation of a well-rounded and successful athlete. As kids mature and grow, we think the most versatile athletes become the best players in each individual sport.
"I played everything. I played lacrosse, hockey, soccer, track and field. I was a big believer that you played hockey in the winter and when the season was over you hung up the skates and you played something else." - Wayne Gretzky
